How to perform it

  1. 1Hold TRX handles, palms facing each other, one leg off the ground.
  2. 2Body parallel to the ground.
  3. 3Pull yourself up, stop when elbows and torso are in a straight line.
  4. 4Slowly control yourself down to the starting position.
  5. 5Switch legs after one side is completed.
