How to perform it
- 1Hold TRX handles, palms facing each other, one leg off the ground.
- 2Body parallel to the ground.
- 3Pull yourself up, stop when elbows and torso are in a straight line.
- 4Slowly control yourself down to the starting position.
- 5Switch legs after one side is completed.
