How to perform it
- 1Hands directly below shoulders, knees on ground directly below hips. Feet pointed down.
- 2Band around one hand and opposite foot
- 3Spine remains neutral as you extend opposite band resisted arm and leg.
- 4Bring arm and leg back to center.
