How to perform it

  1. 1Hands directly below shoulders, knees on ground directly below hips. Feet pointed down.
  2. 2Band around one hand and opposite foot
  3. 3Spine remains neutral as you extend opposite band resisted arm and leg.
  4. 4Bring arm and leg back to center.
