How to perform it

  1. 1Lie on your back on the floor under the bar, knees bent, feet flat, grip just outside shoulder width.
  2. 2Unrack the bar and hold it over your chest.
  3. 3Lower with control until the backs of your upper arms lightly touch the floor, then pause without bouncing.
  4. 4Press the bar straight back up to lockout.
