How to perform it
- 1Outside leg in front.
- 2Double overhand grip holding onto long bar.
- 3Bar should be attached to lowest setting on rack.
- 4Pull top arm into a Y position, other arm will be at chest.
- 5Keeping top arm straight, extend bottom arm, slight reach through scap and flexion of rib cage; hold out front for prescribed time. 5. Bring bottom arm back to chest,
- 6Control arms back to starting position.
