How to perform it

  1. 1Lie on your left side with a stability ball under your side. Perform an intercostal stretch by reaching your top arm overhead while allowing the ball to create lateral rib expansion. Add hip adduction on the bottom leg and internal rotation of the left hip for a full-chain stretch.
