How to perform it
- 1Cable at shoulder height when in the side bridge.
- 2Both legs stacked or one in front of the other (coach will specify what leg in front).
- 3Pull cable until elbow is in line with rib cage.
- 4Control cable back to starting position rotating through upper body.
- 5The side bridge position is more important than the weight - don't compromise form for increased weight.
