How to perform it

  1. 1Drive front foot down into box; back leg fully extended.
  2. 2Cable chest height, arm opposite of front leg rowing.
  3. 3Don't let lower half move as you rotate through torso.
  4. 4Stop when elbow is in line with shoulder on the during row.
  5. 5Arm fully extends during the reach.
