How to perform it

  1. 1Double overhand grip holding onto long bar.
  2. 2Bar should be attached to lowest setting on rack.
  3. 3Face away from rack.
  4. 4Extend arms, pressing bar away from your body.
  5. 5Keep arms extended as you lift overhead.
  6. 6Stop when arms are in a straight line with your head.
