How to perform it
- 1Double overhand grip holding onto long bar.
- 2Bar should be attached to lowest setting on rack.
- 3Face away from rack.
- 4Extend arms, pressing bar away from your body.
- 5Keep arms extended as you lift overhead.
- 6Stop when arms are in a straight line with your head.
- 7Per side refers to side cable is on.
