How to perform it

  1. 1Sit tall on the floor with your legs out in a V in front of you, sitting up like a teddy bear.
  2. 2Hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height, forearms vertical.
  3. 3Without leaning back, press the dumbbells straight up overhead until your elbows lock out.
  4. 4Lower them back to your shoulders with control, staying tall through your trunk the whole time.
