How to perform it

  1. 11" band wrapped around bar so athlete can stand on it.
  2. 2Grab the middle of the handles.
  3. 3Pull the tension out of the bar ("attempt to bend the bar by externally rotating your arms").
  4. 4Drive through the ground to stand up tall; don't lean back at the top.
  5. 5Control the bar on the way down, bending at the knees when the trap bar passes your knees.
