How to perform it
- 11" band wrapped around bar so athlete can stand on it.
- 2Grab the middle of the handles.
- 3Pull the tension out of the bar ("attempt to bend the bar by externally rotating your arms").
- 4Drive through the ground to stand up tall; don't lean back at the top.
- 5Control the bar on the way down, bending at the knees when the trap bar passes your knees.
