How to perform it
- 1Both hands will be driving into val slides; elbows on the wall.
- 2Push from your armpit as you create the "half U" shape with your arm while the other arm stays still, driving into the wall.
- 3Execute the opposite side with the same cues.
- 4Elbows will start and stop slightly below the shoulders.
