How to perform it

  1. 1One leg on slider, band around ankle (coach will prescribe band width).
  2. 2Hold the KB slightly awawy from chest.
  3. 3Load hip not on slider
  4. 4Leg on the slider stays straight, while band pulls away from midline.
  5. 5Drive through the ground to stand back up to the starting position.
