How to perform it

  1. 1Wrists start on the roller, arms in a field goal position, palms facing you.
  2. 2Drive into the roller, pushing from your armpits as you roll down from your wrist to your elbow.
  3. 3Control the way down by following the 2nd cue but in reverse.
  4. 4Don't let your elbows bow out or straighten out. Don't let your hands cave in toward each other. If any of those happen, you're going too far.
