How to perform it
- 1Wrists start on the roller, arms in a field goal position, palms facing you.
- 2Drive into the roller, pushing from your armpits as you roll down from your wrist to your elbow.
- 3Control the way down by following the 2nd cue but in reverse.
- 4Don't let your elbows bow out or straighten out. Don't let your hands cave in toward each other. If any of those happen, you're going too far.
