How to perform it

  1. 1Rack the KB on the side of the front leg.
  2. 2J-band attached to the bottom of a rack, wrapped around other wrist.
  3. 3Arm with j-band makes a Y without compensating.
  4. 4Slowly control that arm back to the starting position.
