How to perform it

  1. 1Hold TRX handles, walk back to create counterbalance.
  2. 2Legs spread out, feet pointed forward.
  3. 3Lunge laterally, stacking hip, knee and ankle. Opposite leg stays straight.
  4. 4Finish back to starting position.
