How to perform it

  1. 1Extended plank position.
  2. 2Pull down into the bottom of a push-up and bring one knee up toward elbow.
  3. 3Drive out of the push-up position to downward dog.
  4. 4Bring body back to starting position.
  5. 5Alternate legs.
